Finvisage was founded by Arshdeep Jindal in 2015 in London. Till then AJ (as he is usually known) was trading option derivatives on oil contracts at Standard Chartered Bank. He has traded tens of thousands of OTC contracts, many more future contracts and at the time was managing the largest commodity book in the bank. From interactions with many CFOs and Treasury managers he identified an acute need for a comprehensive, affordable and flexible Cash forecasting and risk management system for corporate treasuries. He resigned to setup Apex Financial Technology Limited and fulfil this vision.

Finvisage’s development and technology happens in the vibrant Indian city of Bangalore. The team there is overseen by Jayanth Ravindran. Jayanth was employee number 2 at Apex Financial Technology Limited. He joined AJ from Mu Sigma where he had managed a 70- member responsible for delivery to key clients. He joined Mu Sigma after driving corporate marketing and strategic initiatives for DuPont’s South Asia regional team for 2 years. He started his career with KPMG advising private equity funds, financial institutions and large corporations in M&A deals.

Vishal Kapadia is the Co-Founder and Global Head of Sales and Partnerships at Finvisage. Before Finvisage, Vishal was a Sales Director at S&P Global (IHS Markit) for their Pricing, Valuation and Equity Solutions business in India. He was a VP- Sales and Business Development at Flextrade for their FX and Equity Trading platforms. He was instrumental in building the SuperDerivatives (ICE) valuation and market data platform business in South Asia and Middle East.
Vishal holds a MSc Finance degree from the University of Strathclyde, UK and MCom in Business Management from the University of Mumbai
